5. Rafael TOLEDO MORALES¹⁴ was an asociado del Cabildo (associate of the Town Council) in Periana, Málaga, Spain on 28 May 1873.⁶ He was born in Periana, Málaga, Spain.

Rafael TOLEDO MORALES and María RUIZ ARREBOLA were married. María RUIZ ARREBOLA¹⁴ (daughter of Antonio RUIZ OLAYA and Antonia ARREBOLA COZAR) died about 1859 in Periana, Málaga, Spain.¹⁵ Según José Ignacio MORENO NÚÑEZ, "mi bisabuela María TOLEDO RUIZ quedó huérfana de madre al nacer." She was born in Periana, Málaga, Spain. Rafael TOLEDO MORALES and María RUIZ ARREBOLA had the following children:

+19	iii.	Mª Dolores (María) TOLEDO RUIZ.

Rafael TOLEDO MORALES and María RUIZ JIMENEZ were married. María RUIZ JIMENEZ¹⁶ was born in Periana, Málaga, Spain. Listed as Jimenez in death certificate of her grandson. Need to check to make sure this is not María Ruiz Arrebola. Rafael TOLEDO MORALES and María RUIZ JIMENEZ had the following children:
