Note of 2013: Another tournament for which I don't have any written information other than the roster and one team picture. I remember being asked to bring a good team to try to provide some competition for the national teams that were going to try to qualify for the 2001 Rugby World Cup Sevens, Jamaica and Chile. Though it wasn't good enough to beat Chile, a damn good team, we put together a very good team. And it was Kevin Whitcher's first sevens tournament: Kevin would be on that World Cup squad the following year. And we got our manager Omar Rivera, a bit of Atlantis playing time as well :).
